Suggest Treatment For Cold, Fever And Yeast Infection

My wife (age 47) has had pressure and pain in her pelvis pretty bad (between cycles) and has been mostly in bed for the last three days. She was cold a couple hours ago, now she has a fever (100.3). She knows she has a fibroid that has not caused her any issues up to now, but I am not seeing anything relating fibroids to fever. Also, she thought she was getting a yeast infection on Thursday and got medicine for it, but now she doesnt think it is behaving like a yeast infection. From reading on the web, it sounds like a ruptured ovarian cyst is the most likely thing. Since she has the fever, how long is o.k. to wait before getting medical help? She would like to avoid the emergency room if possible, can this wait until tomorrow or even Monday?
