Suggest Treatment For Cold, Nose Congestion And Bleeding Gums

i have had a nasty cold for a week....all sickness based around my head....my nose runs non-stop....nasal dripping,...headache.....and now my gums are all swollen and bleeding. I understand that a sinus cold can lead to inflamed bleeding gums.....My questions are.... Will antibiotics help me? Is there a need to go to a doctor?

Hi,
I have gone through your query; and suggest you that with antibiotic you also need nasal decongestant both systematic and local.

Avoid cold drinks, cold water and Ice creams.

I also advised Netiwash nasal wash with Steam inhalation.

Thanks
