Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment. As per your history, he is suffering from respiratory tract infection. Fatigue can accompany infection. Dark urine can be due to dehydration. Treatment of infection will relieve other symptoms also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
