General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest you to take Loratadine 10mg for 5 days after food, Diclofenac 50mg for 7 days after food and apply Diclofenac Gel with hot bag massage for 7 days. If symptoms didn't subside, kindly consult your physician for further diagnosis and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
