Suggest Treatment For Cold Symptoms, Complete Body Pain, Drowsiness And Fatigue

Hi guys I went to sleep last night and suddenly wake up with a terrible cold and my entire body was paining, it still does. Feels like I don t have any power really in my legs and back pains also a bit drowsiness. Will appreciate any help you can give me thank you.
