Suggest Treatment For Collapsed Lung

Hello According to the doctors here in Fiji. My brother has a collapsed lung. They had drilled and placed in a tube to take out the air. They had released him from the hospital but it s happening again. He was admitted for 10 days. The doctors here say that they have not seen any case like this and they don t know what to do. He is only 44 years old and does not drink or smoke, nor has had any accidents. Humbling requesting for advise and assistance. Vian
