Suggest Treatment For Collar Bone Injury

I tripped and fell, injuring my collar bone. Now there's some sort of a numbness, and tingling, and there is red around the area. It feels tight around the side of my neck when I move and breathe, and my arm was numb for a few seconds. I don't think I broke or fractured my collar bone, is this serious?
