Suggest Treatment For Collarbone Pain

i made a backward roll on my left should in martial arts on Tuesday. I have hurt the area around my collar bone. It was very bad pain. Nothing seems broken though. Still a lot of pain. The pain even went to my right side collar bone yesterday. It is a little better today. I am taking ibuprophin and tylenol and resting. Can you suggest anything else to do to repair this quicker?

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it is better to get an X-ray of collar bone to rule out a fracture. Usually, it spontaneously heals and doesn't need external fixation. Just lifting it with arm support is recommended. But detailed orthopedic surgeons review is better sought. Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen or even both if the pain is severe and tramadol may be continued. Using supplements for calcium D3 Ossein mineral complexes mH be helpful in better healing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
