Suggest Treatment For Comminuted Fracture Of Clavicle Bone

Male, 55 years, 70 inches tall, 160 lbs..
No significant medical history...

Current ? I have a comminuted fracture of the Rt. Clavicle. (There is one small piece loose mid clavicle.)One Ortho Dr. Swears than it will heal fine without ORIF. The other states all the reasons why ORIF would be preferred.
