Suggest Treatment For Compression Fracture

Hi !I'm from Kolkata.My mother is 70years old.and she suffered a compression fracture in L3 on 10th Sept 2013.since November'13 she has developed a problem of IBS( as said by our house physician). She is not passing stool reularly and sometimes not adequate as she feels. sometimes she does not pass stool for 3/4 days then i uuse to give her Isabgul husk (also sometimes LAXIT syrup) .it did not work.Then our Doctor prescribed Rifagut 550-400-200 power along with Equirex tablet.initially it worked but again problems croping up with massive stomach pain .now she is taking Econorm for 10days and had Ambizyne for 5 days .but not working. please help!!!!
