Suggest Treatment For Conceiving While Having PCOD

Hello doctor I am 27 years old and am married when i 22 yrs Due PCOD problem, i am having irregular periods and preganancy too. And i did laproscopy for PCOD before 3 years. still i didn t get preganancy and regular periods and i m getting periods when i took tablets. And my weight is 85kgs and height is 5.8 But still i am not getting preganancy what can i do ...? Thank you.

I understand your concern
PCOS cause hormonal imbalance, menstrual irregularity, insulin resistance.
All these abnormality cause difficulty in conceiving.
I would suggest to consult the authorized gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis and ovarian follicle study for better management.
Following ovulation induction medicine will helpful: clomiphene citrate, metformin
FSH analogue, FSH hormone injection
Avoid excessive sweet, oily, fatty food.
Avoid stress.
Lose 10-12 % of your weight by doing regular exercise.
If above will not responds then go for IVF.
