Suggest Treatment For Concussion And A Lump On The Cavicle

I was in a car accident a week ago and was dx with contusions and strained neck and concussion. After swelling decreased I noticed a large lump above left clavicle. The left side of my body received primary impact. I was wondering if this is a contusion or hematoma. No bruising around lump but painful to touch and very hard. No pulse to lump. Is this a contusion because now I am freaking out thinking I have cancer.
