Suggest Treatment For Concussion With A History Of Neurological Lyme Disease

Hi - I suffered a bad concussion 8 weeks ago, when a man fell feet first onto my head from 15 feet above. After the first 3 days, when I slept 20 hours a day, I seemed to be much better, but then developed typical post-concussive symptoms, gradually worsening over next 8 weeks. For the past 1-2 weeks (6-8 weeks in the overall timeframe,) I've found that I am sleeping more and more - up to about 18 hours a day. I cannot stay awake. The sleep feels very restorative. (Side note - this is my 18th significant concussion in 45 years, plus I have a long standing case of neurologic Lyme or Post-lyme syndrome, depending on your political stance. As part of that, I have had a sleep disorder (way too little sleep) for over 20 years.) Should I be very concerned or is it possible that I'm finally just catching up on my rest.
