Suggest Treatment For Concussions With Headache

I got smacked in the back of the head twice 5 days ago and had a headache but now it's getting worse it feels like my scull is splitting and yesterday I blacked out and kept going dizzy. I went to my local A&E but they only checked me for concussion. I am in absolute agony and can't work. Is something serious wrong with me?
