Suggest Treatment For Confusion

I m a healthy 46 year old male. I have lived in the same neighborhood for the last 8 years. I just got confused on my way home from the store. I didn t recognize the road that I should have turned on to get into my subdivision. It freaked me out. I was thinking about other things, but that was crazy and it scared me.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I don't think there is anything wrong or anything to worry about in your experience. Such things happen with everyone. When we engage our self in thoughts, or are busy with something else, such diversion happens. Nothing to worry about it. If you start worrying about small things like this, you may be troubled with obsession and anxiety. Please ignore.

Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
