Suggest Treatment For Congenital Birth Defect

I am a 41 yr old woman....I have had 2 ASD repairs from a congenital birth defect. Once at age 21 and my last one was done 8 yrs ago. I have felt fine since however I had a routine EKG done today and it shows that I have Anterior Septal ischemia. Could this be from my ASD repair? My primary doctor described it as a heart disease which scares me. Does that mean the heart tissue is dying? Is this something that should be addressed quickly?
