Suggest Treatment For Congested Nose And Mild Fever In Toddlers

hi there my toddler is 13mths old she is up to date with her immz she has a heavy chest, breathing with a bit of a wheeze she doesn t have asthma at all but she also has a phlegmy cough too and a bit of a temp she has normal wet/dirty nappies am wondering what can I do to get rid of this without using medicine or will she need medicine to loosen up the congestion she has?
