About a year ago, I suffered from dry mouth, congestion and throat pain and was treated for a sinus infection. I still did not feel well and my symptoms got worse such as dry mouth, metallic taste and small red lesions on my tongue. I could nit eat and lost weight. I went to to another doctor and was diagnosed with thrush and given oral lozenges which did not help. I was then put on diffoucan and watched what i ate and my tongue and mouth started to heal. I was fine for a while but now mu to gue issue has returned with recurring small red spot which gets bigger with a thin white border. It always occurs in the same two spots -- left side of tongue and tongue tip. Sometimes it hurts and feels raw. I am t my wits end and don t know what to do. Any suggestions
