Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your symptoms, you have fainted because of -
1. Maybe your medication, it contains usually diuretics and causes fainting sometimes and also low sodium
2. Maybe you have arrhythmia
3. Other things

Go for CBC, LFT, KFT and sodium and potassium level, Troponin test, ECG, ECHO and other things accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Chandra Shekhar
