Hi and welcome to HCM,
From the description you ahve given it seems your daughter has an acute episode of Upper respiratory tract infection [URTI]. The swollen lymph node is normal to have during an acute infection.
Normally, oral antibiotics and decongestants and pain killers are prescribed in this condition, but since she is pregnant, it is better to avoid, if she can bear easily. Normally she will pass off in some time. You can try and make her comfortable by sponging or lots of fluids orally.
All the very best health for you and your family!!!
