Suggest Treatment For Consistent Symptoms Of Nausea, Dizziness And Faint Feeling

Hello, I have been having consisten symptoms of nausea, dizziness, feeling faint for the past 4 to 5 weeks. Today I begin feeling dizzy and my tongue began to twitch. I havent had an appetite, mainly due to feeling nauseous after I eat. I went to the urgent care 2 weeks ago and they ran test and couldnt find anything wrong with my sugar levels, kidneys or liver based on the tests....I m worried there is something wrong.

I gone through your complaints, weather you are diabetic, hypertensive. You have not mentioned about those complaint, you age is also not mentioned.
Signs and Symptoms of Hypoglycemia (happen quickly)
Shakiness.
Nervousness or anxiety.
Sweating, chills and clamminess.
Irritability or impatience.
Confusion, including delirium.
Rapid/fast heartbeat.
Lightheadedness or dizziness.
Hunger and nausea.
it may be Extrapyramidal symptoms
Extrapyramidal symptoms are:
continuous spasms and muscle contractions
motor restlessness
rigidity
Extrapyramidal symptoms are most commonly caused by typical antipsychotic drugs that antagonize dopamine D2 receptors.
