Suggest Treatment For Constant Bloating, Anaemia And Shortness Of Breath

Hi I have constant bloating gas no matter what what I eat. CBC came back good except for iron deficienct anemia . I’m overweight with a lot of belly fat . I feel shortness of breath upon standing is this from anemia or is gas effecting my breathing. I have anxiety too. Thanks
