Suggest Treatment For Constant Cough And Nose Bleed

My partner is suffering from coughing and also not being able to breathe it lasts a few seconds seems longer also got a bad nose bleed other day when this happened he seems to have a constant cough all the time he worked as a builder with cement and lime can u tell me if this has caused this to happen over time.

His symptoms are suggestive of an upper airway infection. I recommend performing some other tests:
- A chest X-ray study
- D dimmer plasma levels
- Pulmonary function tests
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
