Suggest Treatment For Constant Cough
Tracheobronchitis plus asthma? Constant cough in upper chest, puts me on cough med and antobotics and inhaler. goes away then comes back every month since Dec. Should I seek a specialist? This is my primary care Dr. I have been hospitilised 2 times for pnomonia, once with Mersa

Hello,
You need to investigate further with pulmonary function test with spirometry to check severity of obstruction and further management. You need to be given steroid and bronchodilator containing inhaler for your problem. Antibiotic also need to be given for few days. For productive cough mucolytic drugs can be prescribed.
