Suggest Treatment For Constant Fever And Nasal Congestion
My 2 year old son is running 104 fever. Earlier in the day I was giving him paracetamol every 8 hours and he had about 102 fever then. it has spiked to 104 now and I gave him meftal-p as prescribed earlier by our doctor for very high temperature. Anything else I need to do. He seems to have a little stuffy nose.

It could be a viral infection or a superimposed bacterial infection. Consult a physician and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxiclav.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
