Suggest Treatment For Constant Fever In A Child

My daughter 2 years 4 months is having fever for over a month ago . She has been hospitalized for three days and only given serum with no antibiotics. The fever went down. All the blood test did not show anything We were told it is a virus. Now again she has high fever for two nights but no fever during the day. What could be the reason?

it is a matter of concern if she is having fever recurrently.
if this 2nd episode happened for the first time, then there is nothing much to worry.
if the episodes are very frequent then the child needs to be evaluated further.
