Suggest Treatment For Constant Finger Pain After An Injury

i had my finger slammed in a van door couple of years ago. It swole up and i never went to the doctor with it. I just let it heal. No i can visible see that the joint is shaped slightly different. until recently it was fine but now two years later it is giving pain. I dont have to bend it either it is a constant pain which is quite annoying
