I am a very active 46 year white women. I do not have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. Here s my problem, my legs ache. They ache around the lower thigh to past the knees in the muscle. And they seem to ache all the time. I only do walking as exercise, and try to get in about 15,000 steps per day. I have been doing this for years… I am also 5 4 and 135 pounds. So what could be causing this?

Suggest Treatment For Constant Leg Pain
Hello, It is just a simple musculoskeletal pain. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
