Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In Elbow And Numbness In Hand

I'm 41 year old male work construction operating machinery all day I have constant pain in both elbos the top and bottom when pain first started it was at night now its all the time and rotator cup hurts also constant pain in hands numb and tingle hurts when i squeeze my hands and have weak grip it wakes me up at night and keeps me awake alot can you please help I've not seen a dr. have no insuranse
