Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constant pain in left sided head, eye and ear which seems to be due to upper respiratory tract infection and spread of infection from respiratory tract to eustachian tube leading to eustachian tube dysfunction. The symptoms sometimes can also occur due to migraine or trigeminal neuralgia .It can also occur due to cervical spondylosis , TMJ problem or sinusitis . You should avoid intake of outside food and avoid cold carbonated beverages. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for throat swab test and get blood tests done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should do warm saline gargles. You should take steam inhalation. You should take antiallergic medication such as Levocetirizine. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents. Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for cervical problem or neurologist for nerve dysfunction .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
