Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In Legs

I have constant pain in my legs..below my knee. sometime i have the same pain on the othe leg as well, both at the same time. I wake up at night with the pain. Should I be concerned? I have taken tylenol and that doesn't hlp at all. Please help Sorry I cannot afford this!!!!@
