Suggest Treatment For Constant Sinus And Ear Infections
Hello I m suffering from constant sinus and ear infections lately had antibiotic spray and tablets but even so I m on my third bout of illness with it this year I m concerned because the ear pain is at times unbearable unless I take several painkillers between 8 -12 a day is there any reason I m getting this as before the last year never had any sinus /ear infection

Constant sinus infection and ear pain is suggestive of chronic sinus and ear infection.
First of all as a general measure you need to improve your immunity by taking multi-vitamins to improve and boost your immunity.
Add fruits, vegetables, proteins and plenty of fluids in your diet.
Is there associated ear discharge or sinus discharge?
In case discharge is present, it needs to be examined to isolate the organism grown on culture.
After identifying the organism, drug sensitivity needs to be done to identify the most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infectious agent.
A course of the appropriate antibiotic is required to eliminate the chronic infection.
In the meanwhile, you may take pain killers for the pain.
Do consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment and thus management.
