Suggest Treatment For Constipation After Tubal Surgery

I had an ablasion & a tubal surgery on Wednesday of this week. I haven t been to the restroom since Tuesday. I have done an enema, drank magnesium citrate and dulculax and nothing is working. It s all clear coming out. Its like the food is not moving down the intestines. I ve always had constipation problems my whole life but never to where nothing works to relieve it. I ve getting very nervous that something is wrong or maybe my body is still adjusting to the surgery. I don t see the dr until next Wednesday for a follow up.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the time constipation happens due to less water intake, less fiber in diet, irregular timing for defection, pathological constipation is very less likely unless it is being proved, if you want to get rid of constipation then you have to start drinking more water, have fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of defecation at the fix time, even in the absence of need of this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
