Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Abdominal Pain
I have constipation and sometimes (doesn t happen often) I get really bad pains while trying to go #2 (I think in the rectum) that I can t stand and am unable to go to the bathroom. I try pushing but it only seems to make the pain worse and nothing comes out. And when this happened I waited to go because the bathroom was in use and it started to hurt and when I finally sat down this happened. What can I do?

As per your history, it may be due to constipation
For that you can take syrup dulcolax. In case of severe constipation kindly keep dulcolax tablet rectally
Keep your self hydrated. Take maximum fruits and vegetables in diet.
Avoid bakery items, fast foods. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen
