Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Acid Reflux
i have felt a bit constipated for the last 3 weeks, so I started taking metamucal and eating healthily as usual, two times I have felt bloated after takng metamucal, this morning I took it and I have been bloated ever since and I don t feel hungry, I havent eaten all day just taking fluids, i have passed motions 3 times today although not very big ones, I have no pain just a bit of acid reflux.

The increased fiber intake can be associated bloating.
In addition to using fiber to improve your bowel movements, you would need to use enough fluids.
This would not include caffeine drinks or alcohol because these cause fluid loss.
Using reflux medication would help with the bloating.
This includes meds such as pepcid, zantac, nexium, prevacid, protonix, prilosec
