Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Bloating For A 31-year-old Male

My name is Ashish and my age is almost 31. I have very weak digestion... until I take some or the other helper medicine along with my meals, constipation starts. My stomach bloats badly. So badly that my waist size gets increased by 2 inches suddenly. I consulted a homeopathic doctor who suggested me to take Jondila syrup before every meal. I want to get rid of this problem once and for all. What should I do?

Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Symptoms of Chronic Constipation can be get rid off. I advice you to take,

1. High dietary fibre intake : Oatmeal porridge, Chapatis, brown bread with butter, honey or fruits such as prunes, dates, figs, mangoes, apricots, Green vegetables.
2. Drink 10 glasses of water in a day.
3. Bowel Exercises & regular bowel habit
4. Rule out disorders like hypothyroidism, irritable bowel syndrome etc
5. Tab. Dulcolax  or Tab. Cremalax - 1 at bed time.
If not responding, rectal enema can be tried in case of fecal impaction.
