Although you do not have insurance, you still have to get your clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor so that the need for the tests can be evaluated by your Doctor and done if required. Health does not await nor the diseases for insurance, this is a different issue. You can be started on symptomatic treatment. You can start taking a good laxative like Isabgol husk 1 to 2 tsf in a glass of warm water to tackle the constipation. Take multivitamins for general well-being. The causes can be a stress and/or anxiety as per the symptoms you have noted, control them and mist of your problems may be alleviated.
