Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain In Lower Abdominal Area

Hi this is not easy for me to ask but here goes anyways I was feeling great all day today I have troubles with constipation, today while I was having a bowel movement I felt a pop in my lower abdomen stomach area and I am having excruciating pain since the bowel movement and have been laying down with a heating pad it hurts to take a deep breath I feel like my insides are about to fall out is there something I should be concerned about?
