Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 2 years 6 months old & having the problem of constipation, as she is trying to pass the motions but not able to do that & she is having pain as well. This incident happen today almost one hour back. She is not taking the proper diet. So we started Pedia Sure as well Can Pedia Sure also become the problem of constipation in children.

Hello,

Lactulose syrup can be given at bedtime for symptomatic relief. Include more fruits and vegetables to the diet for symptomatic relief. If constipation persists for long, conditions like hypothyroidism must be ruled out.
