Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Painful Bowel Movement In Infant
my grandbaby will be 2yrs old in August, and weighs between 25-30lbs. she is really constipated. to the point it makes her cry when she tries to have a bowel movement. im wondering what the best natural stool softener, laxative is or what OTC medicine I could get her

Introduce water and fruits, salads, veggies to her diet. Give her water soaked fig or add syrup of fig at bed time. Kumari Asava for children with with water twice after food would help her. Encourage habit of passing motion daily at fixed time. Get her stools examined in pathology to find if there is some infection or infestation. A specific medicine for such condition would help her. Please consult her doctor.
