Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Right Sided Body Pain

I AM HAVING PAIN ON MY RIGHT SIDE ABOUT MIDDLE WAY TOWARDS THE CENTER OF MY BODY. WHEN I EAT IT HURTS GOING DOWN. I JUST HAD A TEST ON MY GALLBLADDER AND IT CAME BACK NEGATIVE. I ALSO EXPERIENCE CONSTIPATION AND OFTEN HAVE TO VOMIT WHEN I EAT. MY FOOD SEEMS TO BE STUCK WHEN I SWALLOW. IT ISNT STUCK IN MY THROAT BUT SEEMS TO BE IN THE PATH TO MY STOMACH. WHEN I VOMIT EVERYTHING EMPTIES FROM MY STOMACH. I ALSO HAVE TERIBLE REFLUX. AT TIMES AT NIGHT IT COMES OUT OF MY NOSE OR I HAVE TO VOMIT. I TAKE GENERIC ZANTAC OTC. THE PAST FEW DAYS HAVE BEEN WORSE THAN USUAL.

You could be having reflux esophagitis and possibly a lower Esophagus stricture. An upper G./I endoscopy is a must in your case. The pain in the upper abdomen can also be explained by this. Once the upper G.I scopy is done, and possibly a biopsy from any suspicious areas for histopathology, the gastroenterologist will be able to advise you the correct treatment.
