I take medication that causes me to be constipated and I try to make sure that I go everyday, but this is the second time I have a very ugly b. movement with vomiting and nearly passing out. The first time I ended up with a infection in my intestines. I ve told my doctor but he s a joke!!

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritro enteritis. For such condition I would suggest taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone for 2 to 4 weeks. Taking probiotics also will be helpful. Avoid fried, fatty and greasy foods. Carbonated drinks and junks should be avoided also. If there is no improvement then a consultation with a gastroenterologist is well appreciated. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
