Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Back And Knee Pain

Dear Sir, I m 24 +, I am suffering from dhaat syndrome for last 5-6 years, it occurs while keeping urine in a bottle (every time) or suffering from constipation (sometimes some drops of whitish flood comes )....I am an IBS patient too....feeling lack of calcium in whole body as joints sounds tick - tack while moving....main problem is back pain and knee pain tick-tack sound at the time of sitting and standing up...talked many docs but they said IBS happen due to tension and dhatu syndrome is also due to tension...so all I want to shoot all the Indian docs by keeping in a row..!!

Hello,

As the first line of management, you can take laxatives like Lactulose for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
