Suggest Treatment For Constipation In A Pregnant Women.

Iam 29years old and 2 months pregnant. taking Emeset for vomiting twice in a day. I have constipation and taking Duphalac for that, but still I find it hard to do my motions. I take tender coconut water, fruits and water , still my stools are so tight. Please suggest me an alternate solution for my constipation

hi I would like to tell you to have min 10 12 glasses of water and high fibre diet. you can take syrup cremaffin 2 tsf at bedtime daily for constipation relief.all the best take care .
