Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Nausea

Hi, I m a 49 yr old female. In the past days, I ve been feeling constipated, even though I ve been going to the bathroom. Today, like around 5pm est, after drinking water from a water bottle, I started getting this severe pain on my left side lower stomach area and I m feeling nauseous, sleepy and cold. What do you think?

Hello dear

I have evaluated your concern in depth .

@ 3 days constipation is not consistent with this much intense pain , I
doubt for ureter calculus on left side .
@ Can take help of temporary rectal suppository to pass the stool , anti
spasmodic with antacid tablet for primary relief , but strongly
recommended to take an ultrasound examination for the diagnosis and
perfect management .
