Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Swollen Stomach And Cramps
My husband s bowels has been stopped up for weeks, he has only been able to have a bowel movement once or twice. He has taken Miralax, Mylanta, Fleet Enemas but he still ends up with a swollen stomach with stomach cramps and not able to go to work. We couldn t get an appointment with the gastroentologist until later this month. Please help.

According to the history you provide in my opinion he should do a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy examination to see if something is wrong. However, until the specialist consult if he feels bad he can go to ER to get medical help regarding his concern
