Suggest Treatment For Constipation While Having Hemorrhoids

My husband has hemorrhoids,and he is using the suppository to help shrink them,but I noticed one with a white tip,what should he do,he has problems with constipation. and they like fell out when he was straining with a Bm, can you please tell me what the white tip hemorrhoid is? Do they shrink too? Thank you , Sincerely A Concerned and Loving Wife

As first-line management, you can take laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief. In severe cases, you can opt for surgical removal of hemorrhoids.
