Suggest Treatment For Constipation

My husband occasionally has this problem where he starts eating starchy foods too quickly and they won't go down. Even drinking water does not help. My young son sometimes has this same problem mostly with French fries and tortillas. Any suggestions?

In Short: Junk food causes constipation

Explanation: Any diet without fibre content can cause constipation. As your husband is taking junk food, ask him to reduce fries, burgers and pizzas and ask him to start having green leafy vegetables, whole wheat products.
With this diet and plenty of fluids will definitely reduce the frequency of constipation. At the time of constipation you can take Syp Lactulose after consulting your family physician for relief.
