Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hello, I m 20yr old. For the past 2-3 days I ve been passing quite less amount of stools than I usually pass. I drink plenty of water as well as have limited my intake of junk foods. Last year I had a surgery for anal fissure and I don t want to repeat than.

*Take 4-5Litres of water daily.

*Take Citrucel dietary fiber supplement with water.
*Start physical activity. It is as necessary as taking good diet. It will move your intestines, will pass on the gas and will improve digestion.
*Take vegetables, salads and fruits and avoid red meat refined grains, processed meat and fast fried junk foods.
*Coconut water is full of dietary fiber and also provides a good amount of fluids. Take 250ml every other day.
*If you feel nothing is working, take Glycerine Suppositories to help for defecation.
