HI DOCTOR I AM IMTIYAZ FROM KASHMIR I FEEL LITTLE SWALLOWING AT ANUS AND FEEL VERY HARD TO PASS STOLE EVEN I FEEL DROP OF BLOOD TOO. BUT I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN AT ANUS BUT SOME TIME IT SEEMS BURNING.I AM USING SCURAL ANO PLEASE SUGGEST AS I FEEL CONSTIPATION ON DAILY BASIS.

Hi, i do care for your concern.
If i were your treating doctor then i would advise
To start on stool softner such as dulcolax and continue for 2 weeks duration, which will help you a lot.
Having high fiber diet along with plenty of water will add to the help.
The cream that you are using is for pain relief only.
